Medscribe is a secure online medical transcription service provided by our dedicated team of UK based Medical Transcriptionists, who have extensive medical secretarial experience working within both the NHS and private sectors.

Your work will never be outsourced to overseas transcribers.
We offer a pay as you go service, with no contracts, which is available 24/7 with a fast turnaround time. You can submit as little or as much work to us as you like, whenever you need to.

Effortless Transcription
Our system is totally user friendly. Once your account is set up, you can log-in to your account at any time and safely upload your audio files to our secure website. Your files will be then be allocated to specialty matched transcribers, who will transcribe your work to a professional, high quality standard. You will be notified via email once your work is ready for you to download in Word format.
UK Transcribers
Our dedicated team of transcribers have a wealth of experience and knowledge, having worked as Medical Secretaries within the NHS or private healthcare sector for at least 5 years. Many will be AMSPAR qualified. Your work will be matched to a transcriber who has experience and medical terminology knowledge in your particular specialty, ensuring high quality, professional transcriptions are returned to you every time. We do not outsource to overseas transcribers.
Secure & Confidential
Medscribe is secure and confidential with all data being sent to and from the Medscribe platform via HTTPS, encrypted (256-bit using a 2048 bit key) and verified (digitally signed). The server sits behind a strict firewall. Physical access to this server is only available to our hosting company. All accounts are password protected. Dictations and transcriptions are visible only to the allocated transcriber, the originating client and Medscribe administrators. Once the transcriber has finished and submitted the transcript, the task is entirely removed from their system. All voice files are securely streamed via 256-bit encryption. We do not store patient information. All data is backed-up daily for 30 days.
